We, the undersigned, do solemnly swear or affirm that we will perform the duties of the
General Canvassing and Election Board for the Boulder Junction Access General Improvement
Districts (Parking and Travel Demand Management [TDM]) Mail Ballot Elections held in the
City of Boulder, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, on the 2nd day of November, 2010
according to the law and to the best of our abilities.
