This approval is subject to call-up on or before July 29, 2009. Attached is the disposition for the conditional approval of a Final flat for (lie replat of three lots into two. Background: The subject property was granted a Site Review approval from City Council on January 13, 3009 for the redevelopment of the site as a Walgreens Pharmacy and a separate office/retail Building. The existing site is comprised of three lots: 27,966 square feet, 19,073 square feet, and 32,866 square feet. The final plat would create two lots of 59,111 square feet (1.35 ac.) and 9,496 square feet (0.218 acres) respectively. There are no outlots proposed 1or detention on-site, the applicant is instead proposing the use of porous pavers. Conclusion: Staff finds that this application meets the final Plat for Subdivision criteria set forth in Section 9-12-8(b) and the lot standard criteria set forth in Section 9-12-12(a)(1), ",Slandards for Lots and Public Improvements," B.R.C., 1981. This proposal was approved by Planning and Development Services staff on July 15, 2009, and the decision may be called up before 111anning Board on or before July 29, 2009_ There is one Planning Board meeting within the 14-day call up period on July 16, 2009.
