allow the elimination of two lot lines li•cnn lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 3, Smith's Cirove (1405
Arapahoe Avenue). This replat, Smith's Grove Iteplat A, will dissolve and chromate the
culYent lot lines from the City records and replace the three consecutive lots with one new
lot, SA. Please refer to the attached plat for more information.
