Stay-of-Demolition Status Summary
3615 Broadway - Stay-of-demolition expires December 7tt', 2010. Staff has looked into
the possibility of rezoning and concluded that a rezoning of this area would not be
feasible. In order to get additional development potential the zone district would have
to change from RR-2 to RL-1, which would result in a significant increase in density for
the area and a BVCP land use designation change. Another meeting will be scheduled
with the applicant to discuss options in moving forward.
537 Canyon Boulevard - Stay-of-demolition expires January 31st, 2011. No meetings
have taken place.
1330 5t" Street - Stay-of-demolition expires March 81tl, 2011. A meeting is scheduled
for the week of October 251h. Update at meeting.
