The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Minutes of the November 14, 2007 meeting were approved as received.
Salmons submitted a draft proposal for the Colorado Council for the Arts Small Step
Awards grant to assist with planning for the Creative Arts Challenge Grant the
Commission discussed at the November meeting. Smith moved to approve the request
with Wrapp seconding. The vote was unanimous.
Theater rental assistance grants: Grants for Boulder Ensemble Theater Company, Emily
Harrison and Randall Scotting were approved as received
Pearl Ubungen requested an extension of her 2007 mini-grant to be performed at the
Washington Elementary school project. The Commission extended the deadline until the
end of 2008. If the performance cannot be produced by the end of 2008, Ubungen will be
required to return the funds to the Commission.
