I am writing to let you know that as a long-time resident of Boulder, I oppose the sale of the
Hodges property. We all know how expensive land and housing are in Boulder. But are you
aware of how much the residents of Boulder value the farmers market and being able to buy
locally grown produce, to be able to talk to the people who grow our food? The Hodges property
contains both a working farm and a home for farm workers. Both of which are in short supply in
Boulder. We do not want to lose this land to more development. Once it's been developed, it's
gone. Please listen to the voices in our community who oppose this sale.
