I am emailing you to please please please reconsider selling Hodges Property. It is providing affordable
housing on farmable land, which is an incredibly valuable asset to the community worth preserving. Having
regenerative, good local farms is soooo important for people’s health and for healthy land. And Boulder
living prices are so incredibly high so it is so key to be able to provide affordable housing as well as
working land for these farmers.
