Attached is a signed stipulation agreement by the City and the Licensee for the
upcoming show-cause hearing for Ado's LLC d/b/a ADO'S this afternoon (2/18/2026).
As part of this stipulation agreement, the City is withdrawing the request to show-
cause for the alleged violation previously marked #3 - LICENSING VIOLATION:
Colorado Liquor Code 44-3-901- Unlawful Acts - License Required. The agreement
between the parties stipulates to the remaining six violations.
Both parties reserve the right to present evidence in explanation and mitigation or in
aggravation of the six violations at subject to the above-noted show-cause hearing. The
City intends on exercising this right.
