Agenda Item 1: Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. A quorum was present for the conduct of business.
Motion to approve agenda passed 5-0.
Agenda Item 2: Future Board Items:
No PRAB follow up questions or comments.
Agenda Item 3: Public participation:
• None.
Agenda Item 4: Consent Agenda
A. Approval of Minutes from July 22, 2024, Business Meeting
Motion to approve the minutes from the July 22, 2024, Regular PRAB meeting. First motion by
Robins, second by Bernstein. The motion passed 5-0.
B, C, D. Updates from the Director, Project Updates, Operations & Development
No PRAB follow up questions or comments.
Agenda Item 7: Matters from the Board
A. PRAB Study Session Planning
The retreat committee will work with Rhodes to bring an outline to the September meeting of what will
be presented. Topics being considered:
a. Public Engagement: PRAB protocols and procedures
b. Youth Services
B. Response letter from Mayor Brockett and Mayor Pro Tem Speer regarding this term’s
council priorities
a. PRAB appreciated the content of the letter and understands council is working hard on
a variety of topics.
C. PRAB Matters
a.PRAB member visited Boulder Creek and was satisfied with signage. Would like to be
connected with volunteering with organization that cleans the creek.
