I am glad you are emailing folks directly - would it help to add a sentence that decisions will not be made based on how many people attend the meeting? Another idea - do we have a zoom link? Could folks watch from home and then do the questionaire? I have also been working on an email to our full public project email group with the following that I will send this morning as part of the reminder invitation: “We know there is a high level of interest in this public meeting on October 4. Please note that we have booked our largest meeting room and will do our best to accommodate all those who wish to attend. If we exceed capacity we will offer additional virtual information for engagement. All community members are invited to fill out the online questionnaire. Thank you for your interest and your understanding.” Best, Charlotte On Oct 4, 2023, at 7:58 AM, wrote: Charlotte, I didn’t receive a reply from you relative to my email below. I’m confident the venue will have grossly insufficient seating. The assumption, if so, will be that BPR leadership purposely arranged a venue that would not allow all interested participants entry.
