Two days later, Complaint called police to report suspect was again inside park. Officer 2 responded and did not obtain any name or contact info for suspect and told Complaint he reached the best outcome by trying to mediate the complaint. Approximately two weeks later, Complainant emailed Officer 1 about this, Officer 1 replied that the BPD had not been able to identify the suspect. Complainant responded that he saw the police speak to the suspect in the park; Officer 2 never responded. Another two weeks later, Complainant called the police again to report that the suspect was inside the park. Officer 3 told the Complainant there was nothing he could do because the incident report was closed. Officer 3 did not record with BWC his conversation with Complainant. Met with a representative for the Center for People With Disabilities. Met with Boulder County Sheriff and toured the Boulder County Jail.
