City of Boulder, Colorado, Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board
NOTICE
Whenever the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board determines that a proposed
revision to the Historic Preservation Code or other ordinance of the City will have an effect on
individual landmarked properties or landmarked properties located within a historic district
pursuant to the Historic Preservation Code, a public hearing will be held. The City staff will
send notice by first class mail to record owners of the properties of such public hearings to be
held by the Landmarks Board concerning the proposed revisions.
Adopted by the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board as administrative regulations
September 2, 1987.
