Regulation Identifying Common Types of Alterations
That May Be Reviewed and Approved Unilaterally
By the City Manager Pursuant to Paragraph 10-13-14 (a)(2) B.R.C.
The Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board hereby identifies the following common
types of alterations that are familiar to the City Manager and that may be reviewed and
approved unilaterally by the City Manager pursuant to paragraph 10-13-14 (a)(2), B.R.C. 1981:
re-roofing; paint colors; restoration of existing historic features; landscaping; rear or side yard
fences that are less than 5’ high and have a minimum of 1” spacing between the pickets.
APPROVED by the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board as a regulation this 4th day
of August, 1999.
