Regulation Identifying Common Types of Alterations
That May Be Reviewed and Approved Unilaterally
By the City Manager Pursuant to Paragraph 10-13-14 (A)(2) B.R.C.
The Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board hereby identifies the following common
types of alterations that are very familiar to the City Manager and that may be reviewed and
approved unilaterally by the City Manager pursuant to Paragraph 10-13-14 (a)(2), B.R.C. 1981:
the following alterations to the Downtown Historic District: at grade patio extensions (outdoor
railings), awnings, and signs in traditional forms and locations.
APPROVED by the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board as a regulation this 1st day
of March, 2000.
