Lists of Things To Do Logic Models Can be overwhelming Categorized, phased approach Lack prioritization, timelines Assist in prioritizing Uncertain impact Show relationship to impact(s) Difficult to evaluate Inherently provide evaluation frame What is the burden, barrier, inequity or problem that needs to be solved? What do we have the ability or influence to change? Logic Models in Everyday Life Logic Models in Everyday Life GOAL INPUTS ACTIVITIES OUTPUTS SHORT-TERM OUTCOME LONG -TERM OUTCOME My feet hurt and I can't run. I want to run, I love to run, and I want to get better. In three weeks, walk 3 miles in 45 minutes. If I can't, I need a new strategy or need to adjust expectations. In three months, be able to run 5 miles each day with no pain. If I can't, I need a new strategy or need to adjust expectations.
