and/or provide written neighborhood boundary recommendations to Boulder
Beverages Licensing Authority by )HEUXDU\,if you wish, but you are not
required to do so. Pursuant to BLA Rules of Procedure Section 4.1 available
at:https://www-static.bouldercolorado.gov/docs/
BLA_Rules_of_Procedure_complete._Jan._21._2020-1-202002060901.pdf, the boundaries
typically include an area of not less than a one-half (1/2) mile radius around the proposed
establishment. In addition, factors including, but not limited to, zoning boundaries, land use
designations, traffic flow, access roads, demographics, size of establishment, natural and human-
made barriers, and consideration of other similar licenses in the area proposed mayalso be
considered by theBLA. Aftertheboundary hearing, ourofficewillprepare andprovide you with
your petition materials, including the BLA’s North, South, East and West designated
neighborhood boundaries, usually within 6 calendar days.
As a reminder, Needs and Desires Evidence, such as petitions, are due in our office by Monday,
