•We will define of individuals versus organizations in the Community Project category. Definition of individuals versus organizations in the Community Project category: staff recommends that the term “individual” be defined as “applications in which the project are being created and managed by a single individual, a sole-proprietorship, or a for-profit business with only one employee or volunteer administrator.” The term “organization” will be defined as “applications in which the project is being created and managed by a nonprofit or a for-profit business with more than one employee or volunteer administrator”.•Should there be a restriction that General Operating Support Grantees may not apply for Community Project Grants?
