Questions for Council
6
What is council’s desired scope and scale for occupancy code changes (i.e.
simple changes to definitions versus more complex regulatory changes that
allow for increased occupancy in some or all areas of the city)?
Are there specific aspects of the city’s current occupancy regulations that
council would like staff to examine (zone districts, number of occupants, etc.)?
What is council’s desired level of community engagement?
Does council want staff to consider occupancy changes as part of their 2021
council priority code changes?
