• Public Comment Period (approx. three minutes per speaker) – Public
• 6/1/2020 Minutes – To be prepared for the next scheduled meeting
• Use Table & Zoning Districts work session 1 hour 45 minutes (as needed) – Subcommittee & Staff
• Follow up from June 1st discussion (clarification on RMX-1 and RMX-2 zoning districts)
• Review edits to the Use Table matrix (work in progress)
• Community engagement strategy discussion
What’s important to hear from the community?
Is there an openness to small scale, limited, mixed-use in certain locations (multi-model
corridors, corners) in areas that may not have as much mixed use (e.g., residential &
industrial zones)?
If so, what limitations/use characteristics would make such uses fit better into
neighborhoods, increase access and encourage walkability?
What would residents want to see in their existing neighborhood centers in terms of uses
to make them more functional? (e.g., Community Plaza, Meadows, Table Mesa, Basemar
etc.)
Do people agree about adding residential in appropriate locations within industrial zones?
What is the community’s feedback on specific changes identified by the Use Table
subcommittee?
