The following City facilities are closed to the public beginning Friday, March 13, 2020 until further notice: All Libraries, Age Well Centers, the Chautauqua Ranger Cottage, and all Parks & Recreation facilities, other than the Golf Course and the Boulder Reservoir. 2. This Rule is necessary to respond to the quickly evolving health situation involving the Covid-19 virus, inform the community, preserve and protect human life, and to protect City facilities. The adopting authority has adopted the Emergency Rule, which is effective immediately, to protect the public health, safety or welfare because: If this rule is not effective immediately it will not inform the community, preserve and protect human life, and protect City facilities with respect to the health situation involving the Covid-1.9 virus. Although the Emergency Rule has been enacted, the City will still receive written comments about the Rule.
