SETTING FORTH RELATED DETAILS.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER,
9 COLORADO:

11 Section 1. The city council repeals "Appendix D: Medium Density Overlay Zone"to
12 Title 9, "Land Use Code," B.R.C. 1981, and adopts Exhibit A to this ordinance, titled
13 "Appendix D: Medium Density Overlay Zone," as Appendix D and an amendment to Title 9,
14 B.R.C. 1981.

Section 2. This ordinance is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of
16
the residents of the city and covers matters of local concern.

Section 3. The city council deems it appropriate that this ordinance be published by title
18
19 only and orders that copies of this ordinance be made available in the office of the city clerk for
20 public inspection and acquisition.
