IGA Amendment; Boulder Valley School District Amendment; Definition of "education facility"; no end date
AMENDMENT TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
Pursuant to paragraph 9.2 of the Intergovernmental Agreement ("IGA"), dated May 24,
2011, by and between the Board of Education (the "Board") of the Boulder Valley School
District RE-2, a public school district and political subdivision of the state of Colorado ("School
District") and the City of Boulder, a Colorado municipal corporation and home rule city ("City")
the parties hereby agree to amend the IGA as follows:
Paragraph 1.0 Definition of Terms is amended to read as follows:
1.0 Definition of Terms
"Educational Facility" during the first ten years of operation shall mean an early
childhood learning facility designed and run to provide classroom education and support to
children in preschool and may also include any one or more of the following levels: kindergarten
through grade five. During the second ten years of operation, the term "Educational Facility"
shall be expanded to include any other function supporting the education of public preschool
through grade 12 children.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands on the date and year first
above written.
