Item 2A Handout_H. Park BOZA Meeting Handout Date:-1/11!/1 Agenda Item#: 2,4 Miles Corkern and Jennifer Sullivan tt u 835 Pine Street Speaker: rt ` Boulder,CO 80302 July 10, 2019 Re: BOZZ2019-10 Dear BOZA members, We are writing in support of BOZA application BOZ2019-10. We live at 835 Pine, the house directly to the west of the project. After reviewing the proposed plans we feel it will be an excellent addition to the neighborhood. As the direct neighbors of this property,we feel the proposed project will not alter the essential character of the neighborhood or impair the reasonable use and enjoyment of our property or other aspects of the neighborhood. In fact,we think the project will improve the intersection of 91h and Pine, which is heavily trafficked and highly visible. We were happy to see someone interested in improving this property and investing in it,and look forward to the project's completion. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, It Miles Corkern and Jennifer Sulliv Dear BOZA members, 1 am writing in support of the BOZA application BOZ2019-10. I feel it will not alter the essential character of the neighborhood, and it does not impair the reasonable use and enjoyment or development of the adjacent property. I further believe that the design of the proposed building plan will in fact enhance the character of the block in our Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Thank-you, Joshua G. Shafran /808 Pine Street Boulder, CO 80302 Ted Guggenheim and Family 828 Pine St. Boulder, CO 80302 July 9, 2019 Dear BOZA members, My family and I have lived at 828 Pine Street, diagonally across from the property under stop order and review by your committee. We are writing in support of the BOZA application BOZ2019-10.We feel very strongly that the new approval will in no way demean or detract from this particular property, or the essential character of our neighborhood. The thoughtful and attractive design of the new home in question is far more appealing for us to enjoy from across the street than what was previously there and in no way impairs the use or value of the adjacent properties. To be clear, we are in full support of the project moving forward as is currently being proposed by the homeowner/architect and builder.
