Dear Marcy - We received the notice about the demolition application for the subject property. We live next door at
715 Forest Avenue.
We support the application and believe it will enhance the neighborhood. Our only request is that the preservation of
trees be taken into consideration to the extent possible (unless diseased/dying) in anything new that gets built on the
property. We understand from the owner that tree preservation is their intent.
