•Suggests for all parties to work issues ahead of time
•The key point is to move into a factual environment that all parties understand
•What benefits does the public gain and loose?
•What are the long term effect on the community?
•Is it staff’s policy to ignore input and hope the problem goes away?
•We have identified a potential serious Sanitas OS parking problem that needs staff action ahead of the development of the OS master plan
