AGENDA TITLE: Consideration about a policy i•elated to materials and presentations at
WRAB meetings

EYECUTIVE SUMII~ZARY:
C~n December 5, 2UU7, a t~~R~B membe7• requested that the ~~4'RAB consider developing
a policy or guideline about providing materials (including PowerPoint probrams)
presented to VVRAB by anyone. It was sL~~gested that, whenever possible, materials
should be provided to ~'RAB membei•s, should be in electronic foi~rn and Po~~erPoint
progi•am, and should be in original format as pi•ojected and presented.
If WRAB is interested in developing such a draft policy or practice, staff will submit it to
the City Manager's C?ffice and City Attorney's Ot~'ice for review and consideration.
