Attached is an on-going calendar about upcommg WRAB meetmgs/agendas The agenda topics
aie our best guess at this pomt, but may change depending upon our monthly progress on the
topic
Our last regular meeting this ycar is December 15, 2003. Our iegularly scheduled meetings on
January 19, 2004 and Februaiy ] 6, 2004 aie both on federal/state/crty hohdays and will need to
be re-scheduled or combmed on anothei date
I believe that soon aftei January 5, 2004, staff will be ready to provide the WRAB with the final
ieport on Che Watei Rate Stiucture and Billing System analysis and iequest a final
recommendahon from the WRAB. I suggest that this be a special meetmg devoted only to this
topic If WRAB would hke Co have this meetmg on a Monday mght, the choices are•
• January 12, 2004
• Januaiy 26, 2004
• February 2, 2004
• Febiuary 9, 2004
In addiYion, you can see from ihe calendar lhat we may also have the nced for anothei meeUng to
discuss and approve pro~ects/CEAP associated with 1) Biosolids ComposYmg Facilrty at the
Butte Site, and 2) Capital impiovements at the WWTP for our liquid stream (effluent that is
discharged to Boulder Cieek) oi 3) Water Transmission Pipehne Project along the Diagonal
Highway from the Bouldei Reservar WTP to the Iris Pump Station (35'h and Tris)
Therefore, I suggest the WRAB select two meeting dates for these topics Whtle you do not
have to make a fmal determinarion at the Octobei 20, 2003 WRAB meeting, Pd like you to be
thmkmg about this and ieviewmg your calendars It's fine if we want to decide on the dates at
our October 20 meeting, and we can always cancel one of the meetings if we're not ready.
Pd suggest thaC WRAB select January 26, 2004 for a final recommendation on the water rate
structure and February 9, 2004 for the vaiious other pro~ecYs.
