5-9-6(a) Making Unreasonable Noise (AmpliTied)

Amplified Sound: Electronically amplify any sound, or make any noise by means
of any electronic amplifier, which is loud enough to be audible to a person of
normal hearing:

Requirements:
• Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.
• Unreasonable Noise
• Public Place - OR -
• Near someone else's home

-"No owner, occupant, tenant, or other person having possessory control,
individually or joindy with o[hers, of any premises shall sponsor, conduct, host, or
perrnit a social gathering or party on the premises which is or becomes a public
^uisance where such nuisance is either the intentional result of, or reasonably
anticipated by, the person or persons having such possessory control."

• 5-4-14 Graffiti Prohibited
• 5-5-3 Obstructing a Peace Officer or Fire Fighter •
• 5-5-10 False Reporting
• 5-6-6 Fireworks Prohibited
• - 5'6-7 Public Urination
• 5-7-2 Possession and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Public
