Adequate parking when averaged aver the day. 2. Less parking available during the peak-hour 3. Parking lots continue to be underutilized untii on-street parking is full. Especially the UHGID permits and Private lots. 4. 5. Peak hour demand is focused in Central UHGID duri~~ the day ar~d South UHGID in the evening. ~ No "Saturday night" impact to residentiai parking detected (during typical Saturday). 6. SOV mode split less than for overali community tlniversity Hill Parking & Access Study 12/15/04 Recommendations 1. identify ways to improve use of on-street parking after ~:00 PM. • Explore possibility of extending meter hours • Further evaluate impact of employee parking on availability. 2. Re-evaluate use of UHGID parking lot permits. 3. Work with private lot owners to identify ways of increasing efficiency of lots. ~°~t~ 4.
