NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
The Planning Department of the City of Bouider has received a request to schedule a
public meeting for the following proposal. This meeting is required as a prerequisite to
applying for a Use Review application with the city:
Atrevido Restaurant (formerly Tulagi) 1129 -13`h Street
To insure that restaurant and tavem owners and operators in close proximity to residential
districts are informed of the effects upon neighboring residential properties of operating a
business, a meeting between the surrounding property owners and the owner/applicant is
required. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the restaurant/tavern owner of the concerns
of the residential neighborhood, and to review the restaurant's management plan.
A Neighborhood Meeting has been scheduled:
When: Wednesday, August 4th, 2004
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Where: 1129-13~` Street
Applicant: Daredevil LLC (Pete Tumer/Karen Abratns)
Since you own property within 600 feet of the land which is the subject of the development
application, you are receiving this notice as required by the City of Boulder's Land Use
RegulaNon. A brief project description follows:
Proposed Development: Use Review: For a restaurant which closes later than llpm,
and which exceeds 4000 square feet in floor area.
Zoning: BMS-X (Business Main Street-Redeveloping)
The criteria for the use review can be found at 9-4-9, and 9-3.4-19 (Boulder Revised Codes)

The purpose of the meeting is to inform the restauranUtavern owner of the concerns of the
surrounding residential neighborhood, and to review the restaurant's management plan. If

plan will be provided by the applicant at the meeting, or can be obtained prior to the meeting
from the applicant or city contact.
