venuc, the anytime of day venue (~e CWA events) and the rooftop patio The second floor would serve as tha venue for under 21 ycars

asked Zessm what the [~me ~reTerence would be for the H~ll neighbors Zessm stated [hat anythmg after SPM would be best The UHNA
meetmgs are at 7PM and that nme works well with neighbor work schedules Zessm urged Lhe 6oard not to be fearf~l of change

7 burglanes, 6 veh~cle trespass, 3 trespass, 19 enmmal mtsch~et, 1 robbery, 1 sex assault, 2 mdecen[ exposures, 67 alcohol vtolahons, 33
non-vaffic summons (ie assault, pubLc urmat~on), 27 arrests (ie f.~~lure to appear), and 33 kegs and 17 taps were con5scated The

7'h to buy goods that enn be resold on the mternet, they will have dumpsters to collect trash, (no couches) and they will provide Cerebral
Palsy and Spec~al Olymp~cs the opportumty to collect clo[hes and sportmg gear All for profit actrv~nes w~li [ake place on pnvate
property Srruth also reported on the 4/13 meenng ongmally set up to address Hdl Alliance and UHNA concerns UHNA was not
present at Ihis meenng due to poLCteal caucus, but Alliance and 10 C~ty of Boulder employees attended Sm~fh felt the meeting was very
beneHe~al to clear up m~sconceptions with the busmess and property owners regardmg plamm~g and liquor I~censmg Smith has asked
UHNA for a da[e m June to meet w~th ne~ghbors and busmesses on one ~ssue Smrth also repoRed tha[ the All~ance has a very
enthus~asne Homecommg commrttee Smith reported that there were over 40 people at the last Alliance meehng, the Daily Camera
