This will include direction on preferred land uses, transporta[ion demand management, parks and public space locations, and the depot. With regazd to a specific develu; :nt proposal, the motion gene~ally is to either approve lhe pro~ec[ (wt[h or wt[hout condrtions), to deny i4 or ro connnue the matter to a date certa~n (generally in order ro obta~n addibo^al information). b. Board discussion. This is undertaken en~ y by members of the Boazd. The applicant, members of the public or c~ry staff panicipate only if called upon by the ~hair. c. Board action (the vote). An affirmative wte of at least four members of the Boazd is requved ro pass a motion approving any action. If the vote taken results m either a ue, a vote of three ro two, or a vote of three to one m favor of apptoval, the apphcant shall be automancally allowed a reheanng upon requesting the same in wnting within seven days.
