Attached is the Notice of Disposition for a Minor Site Review Amendment #LUR2007-00003 to allow for the addition of approximately 581 square feet of floor area into atrium space. This site review was approved by Planning and Development staff on February 26, 2007. This decision may be appealed to the Planning Board by filing an appeal letter with the Planning Department no later than March 12, 2007. There is one Planning Board meeting scheduled for March 1, 2007 during the 14 day call-up period.
