Identifying the reaz alleys may be too much detail given that the property owner would have to provide access upon redevelopment even if the alley weren't shown on the map. Provide the Board a detailed map that shows the underlying existing property lines, buildings, etc. and shows the proposed road widths so that they can see how properties are impacted. What lines are relatively fixed and which ones would we anticipate could be fairly easy to amend? Provide roads and alleys on one map, bike and pedestrian ways on another and simplify the overall information. 1.
