We feel our parcels c~uld he very bene.ficial to the City of Boulder, es~ecially addressing the growth in the Gunbatrel area. Our locati~n is convenient to botb Boulder and Gu~nbaa'el and hopefully our propoeal wauld help in overcoming some of the future housin~ needs for this area. After attending the la.et couple of rraeetitags, we have better knowledge of whac. occurs with govemment in the cicy and Cntly want to cortemend the planaing committee staff for theiz di3igence and expertise regarding the issues they face. I don't think thac the citizens in our comaiunity know all of the additional hours (somE of these being very late) each of these people give to our community.
