Re Use Review for an alteration of a non-conformmg use located at 2045 Walnut,
1919/1921 21" Street
The appl~cant requested altenng the ex~strng non-conformmg use of the property which
mcluded a triplex at 2045 Walnut (will not be change), a duplex at 1919/1921 2191 Street
(changmg to a smgle family umt) and shed/accessory bedroom (to be removed)
The 1919 2151 Street duplex is currently located withm the 21s~ Street and alley nght of
way The duplex wiil be relocated to zero lot lme and converted to a smgle family use
This buildmg and 2045 Walnut are landmarked buildings Landmarks supported the
relocatmg 1919 215~ street and removal of the shed/bedroom. A request for a revocable
permit will be made to place a canopy along the front oF 1919 21s~ Street. The canopy is
to help mamtam the histortc character of th~s buildmg Staff and Landmarks support this
addirion
The site will also be brought closer to conformity with the addirion of two off street
parkmg spaces to be provided Previously, there was no parkmg on this site
