Re : Spring Valley Estates Replat A- Final Subdivision Plat Approval
In accordance with Section 9-5-7(e) the Planning Board is notified that the final plat application
has been approved and a Disposition of Approval issued on May 12, 2003 (Attachment A).
Any person aggrieved by this decision may appeal such decision to the Planning Board by
filing an appeal with the City Manager (or with Planning and Development Services as
indicated above) within 14 days of the decision (expires May 26, 2003).
The subject subdivision is a replat of one property creating two lots. The front lot (Lot 26A) will
contain the existing home; the new lot (Lot 266) will allow one new home to be built.
Attachment B is a copy of the preliminary plat showing the location of the existing and
proposed homes. Attachment C is a copy of the final plat map.
l'he final plat has been determined to be in compliance with the applicable provisions of
Chapter 9-5 Subdivisions, and with the Design and Construction Standards. The following
documents have been received by the city and approved:
• Final subdivision plat entitled Spring Valley Estates Replat A
• Final engineering plans for all utilities, drainage, streets
. Subdivision Agreement
• Financial guarantee for all proposed improvements
