LOCATION: 3170 N BROADWAY COOR: NOSW06 OWNER: CITY OF BOULDER APPLICATION: Site Review, Case # LUR2001-00039 ZONING: LR-E (Low Density Residential-Established) CASE MANAGER: Mike Randall VESTED PROPERTY RIGHT: NO; the owner has waived the opportunity to create such right under Section 9-4-12, B.R.C. 1981. FOR CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, SEE THE FOLLOWING PAGES OF THIS DISPOSITION. IN ORDER FOR A BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED FOR THIS PROJECT, A SIGNED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND SIGNED MYLAR PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT WITH DISPOSITION CONDITIONS AS APPROVED SHOWN ON THE MYLAR PLANS. Address: 3170 N BROADWAY At its public heazing on August 21, 2001 the City Council Approved subject to the conditions listed below the request with the following motion: Deputy Mayor Mock moved, seconded by Havlick, to approve the proposed amendment to the approved Site and L7se review #LUR2001-00034, of the North Boulder Recreation Center adding Platform Tennis Courts to the outdoor facilities situated on the east portion of the property and south of the surface courts, located at 3170 North Broadway, zone P-E (Public Established) and LR-E (Low Density Residential-Established) on 6.5 acres. Councilmemeber Morzel moved, seconded by Havlick, to offer an amendment to restrict hours from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The motion failed: 2-S; Havlick and Morzel approved, Lopez and Riggle absent. Vote was taken on the motion to approve the proposed amendment to the approved Site and Use review #LUR2001-00039, of the North Boulder Recreation Center adding Platform Tennis Courts to the outdoor facilities situated on the east portion of the property and south of the surface courts, located at 3170 North Broadway, zone P-E (Public Established) and LR-E (Low Density Residential-Established) on 6.5 acres. The motion carried: 5-2; Morzel and Poinsatte opposed; Lopez and Riggle absent. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL The Applicant shall be responsible for ensuring that the development shall be in compliance with all approved plans dated June 13, 2001, and on file in the city of Boulder Planning Department. The specific structural design shown on the approved plans, including materials, is to help assure compliance with the review criteria and cannot be changed without an amendment approved by the approving authority. Final detailing materials, colors, (etc.,) are subject to Planning staff review to assure the installation of the Platform Tennis Courts is consistent with this approval. Submit a detailed landscape plan, including size, quantity, and type of plants existing and proposed; type and quality of non-living landscaping materials; any site grading proposed; and any irrigation system proposed, to ensure compliance with this approval and the city's landscaping requirements. 4.
