The October 26, 2005 meeting minutes were approved.
Public Participation
Public Participation was opened.

Public Hearing on Master Plan items
PRAB members and staff discussed Trends and Issues, Goa1s and Strategies, and the
results of the 2005 Pazks and Recreation Survey.
Chris Grealish, 3158 8th St., Boulder, 80304, spoke in favor of building a competitive
cycling venue in Boulder.

Proposed Fire Training site status update
Pollock reviewed the possible sites for a new fire training facility.
Feeder Canal - CEAP update
Scholl and Gatza gave an update on the feeder canal and CEAP.
Boulder Vallev Comnrehensive Plan Trails Map
Gatza gave an update on potential changes to the map as part of the 2005 major update to
the Comprehensive Plan.
3120 Housing Site
Stuart Grogan gave an update on the 3120 Housing Site.
Matters from the Department
Flower Proeram update
Guthrie gave an update on the flower program.
