In prepazation for our study session on April 12, staff is submitting the following for your review:

The focus of the meeting will be to discuss these items in preparation for upcoming public
meetings. The following is a brief description of the attachments.

This draft list has been developed to initiate discussions regarding potential reductions, new
efficiencies and other opportunities to leverage resources.

This draft is the first attempt to tie master plan recommendations to the adopted goals and
strategies and to determine what might be achievable under the fiscally constrained scenario.
