~, BACKGROUND:
In order for the Board to be kept update on the many issues that impact the Bouder community,
the Parks and Recreat~on Adv~sory Boazd has tustoncally assigned "hazsons" to represent the
Board on these various issues. Boazd members assigned to a liaison appointment aze asked to
attend meetmgs related to the appomtment and report back to the Boazd during Matters from the
Board.

Ttus item is being heazd at this public meedng as advertised m the Daily Camera.
STAFF RECOMbIENDATION:
Staff requests that the Board review the list of assignments included in this memo as Attachment
A and address the identified haison vacancies. Due to the resignation of Susan Osbome from the
Pazks and Recreat~on Foundat~on Boazd, it is necessary that the PRAB appomt a lia~son to this
body immediately. Addidonally, the Boazd may wish to re-assign liaison roles in hght of the
elechon of officers eazlier this yeaz and the additron of a new Boazd member.
