PURPOSE:
The purpose of tlus item is to provide the Board with the Department's 2002 Work Plan and
pnonty goals for each division
BACKGROUND:
As part of the departmenYs annual plamm~g process, staff has developed a detailed plan
~dentifymg department work pro~ects and puonues. At regulaz mtervals throughout the year,
staff will provide the Board with updates to the department work plan Addihonally, staff has
identified pnonty work goals for each division of the Department. Attachment B reflects these
pnonty goals
