PURPOSE:
• To give members of the Board a~ Outhne of identificd potential "Goals and Conflicts" as
recorded at the Apt~l 6, 2002, PRAB Study Session, and an overview of cuirent activ~ry
BACKGROUND:
Durmg Che April 6`h Study Sess~on, Board mcmbers idenCified many high piionry "Goals and
Conflicts" that were of the h~ghest priority for them for considelation durmg fuCUre VCP
DevelopmenC The attached list (Attachment A) grves Che non-prioutized record.
ANALYSIS:
Based on direcuon received from the Study Session and the "Goals and Conflicts identified in
Attachment A, MPAT ~s updatmg a timeline and costs for the Technical Team for the next thiee
to 12 months, with a woikplan focused on:
• Continumg the updating and gathermg of information mto the Geographic Design Library
(GDL) by the TSR Gioup, as an ongoing management and decision-makmg tool
• Updatmg the mfrastruchire cosCS, mcludmg the wildlife corridors and habitat
• Updatmg costs for each potential "area" at VCP
• Creatmg a hst of recommended pnorities, phasmg and associated fundmg for the top two
potenhally parCnered, and top two non-paitnered ameruties/areas
• Creatmg recommendations for ways of fundmg those identified piionCies
