Here ~s a summary of the attached document 1 Assign one or two PRAB members on a continumg basis to Valmont City Pazk and the PubGc and Private Partnerstup process 2 Individual PRAB and City Council members are mvited to become mvolved, as their time allows, m any part of the City Liaison Office work on Vaimont City Park. Their insights, inputs and issues may ultimately affect the formal decisions of the Board and the City Council. PRAB and City Council will receive written monthly updates regarding the recent acnvities of the City Liaison Office. 4 Monthly public u-formational meetings regazding Valmont City Pazk w~ll be held starhng in February 2001, at which Prospective Partnerslups will present their pro~ects at or about the time for cons~deration whether t6e partnership should receive a Letter of Irnerest from the City, requesting them to proceed with the developmern of a more fully evolved Partnered Project Proposal (PPP) ~
