Part of the discussion will focus on wha[ the Board should expect, the handlmg of board meetmgs and the annual workplan draft that is attached. The 2001-2002 workplan draft mcludes work rtems candidates wluch have been ident~fied over a several year penod. Items have been categonzed by Plannmg/Admmistrauon, Operations and Pro~ects. They have been pnontized m the followmg way: ~ A= items which must be done m order to keep other items on track, for which we have made a contractual or political commrtment, or which must be done to keep our physical or systems assets operauonal. B= items for which a sigmficant mvestment has been made, that are close to compleUon and should be finished. C= rtems, m alphabetical order, which we should move forwazd if resources allow D= items which should be recons~dered m hght of staff resource shortage. E= items which we could move forwazd by askmg for assistance from other depar[ments. F= items which have been put on hold.
