SUMMATION: 1. The Commission unanimously approved the October minutes. 2. Lynn Reed, Information Services
Manager, spoke to the Commission about periodicals. 3. Randy Smith spoke to the Commission about Commission
Web E-Mail- 4. Liz discussed proposed plans for the Gunbarrel Town Center. 5. Marcelee Gralapp discussed the
City Manager's plans for a City Employee Parking Program. The Commission will draft a letter to the City Council
stating that the do not want Libra patrons charged for parking.
