The city has issued the property owners a notice of violation for failure to maintain the property, as per section 9-11-
20 of the Boulder Revised Code. The applicant has a minimum of 30 days to apply for and receive an LAC to
correct the work before a citation can be issued.

A citation was issued for the unlawful demolition of the garage, and demolition of street facing walls on this
property.
