request for individual landmark status for the structure and its site at 1625 Pine

5. Public hearing and consideration of a recommendation to City Council concerning a
request to amend the boundaries of the individual landmark site for the Holiday Drive-

6. Request to grant a Landmark Alteration Certificate for installation of an exterior
condensing unit for the property at 20 Chautauqua Park, 650 Baseline Road, within
