Roll call was taken, all members were present. There was a quorum.
2. Approval of Minutes (03- 21 -01).
Graves moved, seconded by Mulligan, that the Authority approve the minutes as submitted. Motion
passes 3 -0.

Tucker moved, seconded by Graves, that the Authority approve the minutes as submitted. Motion
passes 4 -0.
3. Public Hearing and Consideration of a March 16, 2001 Application from Boulder Beer, Inc., d/b /a
Rockies Brewing Company, 2880 Wilderness Place,, Gina R. Day, 1010 69' St., Pres/Treas. -
Director /Shareholder, Diane M. Greenlee, 2076 Hardscrabble Dr., V.P. /Sec. - Director /Shareholder,
Frank B. Day, 1010 69' St., Director, Robert D. Greenlee, 2076 Hardscrabble Dr., Director, Jeffrey
D. Brown, 4168 Amber Place, Reg. Mgr. /Shareholder, and David M. Zuckerman, 1045 Albion Rd.,
Shareholder, for a Request to Transfer Ownership of a Brewpub type liquor license, currently
held by Rockies Brewing Company d/b /a Rockies Brewing Company. 1.
Graves moved, seconded by Mulligan, that the Authority approve the application for a Request to
Transfer a Brewpub type liquor license. Motion Qasses 5 -0.
4. Public Hearing and Consideration of a March 29, 2001 Application from Dae Kwan Kim d/b /a
Korea House Restaurant, 2750 Glenwood Dr., #4, Dae Kwan Kim, 9247 W. 75` Way, Arvada,
CO., Owner, for a Request to Transfer Ownership of a Beer & Wine type liquor license,
currently held by Korea BBQ Restaurant d/b /a Korea House Restaurant.
Wallace moved, seconded by Graves, that the Authority approve the Request to Transfer Ownership
of a Beer & Wine type liquor license. Motion passes 5 -0.
5. Public Hearing and Consideration of a March 29, 2001 Application from Walnut Brewery, Inc.,
d/b /a Boulder ChopHouse & Tavern, 947 Walnut St., Rock Bottom Restaurant, 248 Centennial
Pkwy, Lousiville, Co., Stockholder, Ned Lidvall, 1102 Oakhurst Dr., Broomfield, CO, Pres/Director,
and John Coletta, 4937 Valkyne Dr., V.P. /Sec/Treas/ Director, for a New Hotel- Restaurant type
liquor license.
Wallace moved, seconded by Graves, that the Authority approve the New Retail Hotel- Restaurant
type liquor license with the condition that the issue of the beer cooler storage, currently not in control
of the licensee be resolved to the satisfaction of the City Attorney's Office. Motion passes 5 -0.
6. Public Hearing and Consideration of a April 2, 2001 Application from Illegal Petes, Inc., d/b /a Illegal
Petes, 1447 Pearl St., for a Request to Change, Alter or Modify the Premises of a Hotel- Restaurant
type license.
Tucker moved, Graves by Wallace, that the Authority approve the Change. Alter or Modifcation or a
Hotel- Restaurant type license with the condition the licensee supply a floor plan with clearer
identification of the area being modified. Motion passes 5 -0.

Motion passes 5-0.
8. Matters from the Assistant City Attorney - None
City Attorney, advised the Authority that the application for Vintage Promotions that was approved
at the April 18, 2001 meeting is currently pending with the State Authority.
9. Matters from the Boulder Police Department - None
Officer Paddock presented the 2000 DUI "Location of Consumption" Report for Boulder Liquor
Licensed Locations to the Authority.
10. Matters from the Chair and Members of the Authority - None
Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 3:38 p.m.
