A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN EXTENSION OF A
GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOULDER
AND THE STATE BOARD OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS
COLORADO TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Boulder supports the completion of the Sombrero Marsh
Environmental Center Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boulder has received a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado to
fund the Sombrero Marsh Environmental Center Project, and
WHEREAS, the Final Report closing documentation for the grant is to be returned to
Great Outdoors Colorado by June 1, 2000.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO
HEREBY RESOLVES THAT:
The State Board of the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund consider and approve an extension
of the deadline for receipt of the Final Closing documenYaYion to June 1, 2001.
